I have to give a special shoutout to my very favorite gym, Orangetheory Fitness Athens! (Located in Beechwood Shopping Center behind Chick-fil-A on Alps Road.) It's an incredible gym with the best coaches, great energy, and a better sense of community than anywhere else I've ever worked out.
If you've ever thought about joining but wanted to try it first, their annual Hell Week is coming up October 24–31, and it's packed with fun, themed workouts each day. For non-members, it's $39 for unlimited classes during those 8 days. If you complete at least four of the eight workouts, you'll earn an exclusive Hell Week t-shirt or tank!
It's honestly my favorite week of the year at OTF. It's the perfect mix of challenge, fun, and that group energy that keeps you coming back. If you sign up, look for me in the morning classes and let them know I sent you! 🔥
