Owners Mark Opel and Dan Beynart spent six months rehabbing the space before opening, transforming the industrial structure into a curated showroom for mid century modern furniture and decor. Mark and Dan chose a limited number of dealers and artistically coordinate local artwork and vintage decor with handmade furniture throughout the showroom. Almost every piece receives some level of restoration, from deep cleaning to full refinishing or upholstery, so customers get home ready items rather than fixer uppers.
